As of the last patch my Section 31 Phaser Pistols primary fire mode is shooting at less than half.

As of the last patch my Section 31 Phaser Pistols primary fire mode is shooting at less than half DPS rate. It use to have the same rate of fire as a standerd Disco era phaser stun pistol but now it fires as slow as a pulse wave type weapon. Anyone else having this issue?

    I can confirm this bug with 3 chars where i have the pistol on.

    Ditto. All my toons that have it are seeing this issue.

    Same with me, Primary Fire seems to be sharing the 5 second cooldown of the same weapon's secondary fire mode.
