Miracle Worker Flight Deck Cruiser- Rapid Repairs

Posted a message a week or so back about the Buran's Rapid Repairs not working, and it looks like they aren't working on the new Miracle Worker Flight Deck Cruiser either. For tanks that is a decent chunk of hull regen we aren't getting... just wanted to update on another ship it's broken on.
