Reputation project: Doff contributions

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I don't know if it is a bug or if it's just me, but only once have I been able to contribute a duty officer to the Nukara Strikeforce Consumable: Reprogrammed Tholian Drones project. :s I have scoured the web for answers and have found none. Any thoughts?

    So suggestion: put common engineering or operations doff in the description. How hard is that?

    Reputation/Fleet projects only ever accept white-doffs when doffs are needed. Most projects *do* say 'common', as you suggest, but this one doesn't.
