Two months from pc to consoles

How can the console players accept the two month content gap from the pc to the console and not be upset. It should not take two months to get the new content to the consoles!!!!!

    How do you know? The consoles are different, I hear.

    Cryptic has to go through Sony/MS before they can do anything on the consoles, from what I hear.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Yep, what chatty said is dead on.

    PC version doesn't have to get approval from Microsoft and Sony. If you have an issue with the time it takes, you would want to contact MS or Sony.

    From what I hear patches need to be scheduled and approved by MS/Sony, not just new content.

    You should be happy that PC users finish up testing the new content for you before you get it. Otherwise you'd spend a month living with any bugs, including game-breaking ones, while Cryptic waits for the next scheduled patch.

    As someone who plays on both PC and Xbox daily, I can accept it as do plenty of others I play with on Xbox, and I understand why the gap is so. Apart from what has already been mentioned, the Console is a different version from the PC on different architecture, so naturally, it will take time to transpose things that have come to PC on to 2 different versions.

    Hopefully, that means you get 2 months worth of bug fixes too before you see it!
