Foundry Reward Pin?

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I recently discovered this, claimed it - and nothing. Nothing in inventory, can't figure out how to apply it. What am I missing?

    It's a clothing item, go to the tailor and it should be there, if it isn't there on any outfit then make a bug report.

    Thank you! I knew it would be a clothing item, but - not what clothing item, and it was not what I would think of as a logical choice., especially when one picture showed it as potentially a badge item and it wasn't. Finally discovered it's a right arm attach - only.

    There are two badges, Genessis 1 and 2. Not all outfits show it.
