Romulan Centurion Promotion bug (PS4)

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Hey I'm playing STO on PS4 and I recently leveled my romulan character to 10 and got the Centurion Promotion mission.
However when I go to New Romulus there is no promt to enter the system, which means I can't get to New Romulus Command for the promotion and my character is stuck.
Is there something I'm missing or is this bugged?

    idk...I never found the freaking shuttlebay...where is the freaking shuttle bay?

    I am not sure about PS4, but this same bug exists for PC with some ongoing effects. So far, at level 30 I still only get a choice of one type of free ship (after doing the play forward work around discussed in the above PS4 solution), the long new romulan intro plays every time you try to beam there, and I have still been unable to get a free shuttle. (the limit to one type of ship is most concerning)
