Cryptic crash

I am currently unable to play Star Trek Online. I get to the Cryptic logo but then it crashes with an error report. I have tried multiple things without success.. These include : driver reinstalls, fresh windows install, file verification, changed install directory, full reinstall of Arc Client and STO, went into nvidia settings and put my graphics in 1 GPU mode and SLI modes, I have 2 versions of Windows.. May Update Windows 10, plain Windows 10 without any updates (Windows 10 first release). None of these things made a difference and it's driving me insane. DxDiag available on request.
