I have been having this problem for awhile

Though not literally unplayable it is making me not want to play.
I am on PC and meet (or exceed) all requirements.

    So this is more than just a bump, it seems to be getting worse and I have more examples.

    As you can see from these images, this can and does happen when I boot up the game and start a fresh toon and can persist through a restart. (Though not always manifesting the same way)

    PS I am also having trouble embedding images from imgur. Is there a way to do that?

    Sooo, just wondering when or if I should be expecting support. I was told in multiple places that this was the place to get it. If it is not or if there is a better way to get this issue resolved please be the first to tell me. I am asking because this is rapidly becoming unplayable.

    Have you submitted a support ticket? As you do not mention you have yet to do so.

    I did from the in-game help menu although the next day when I checked it said I had no tickets open. Perhaps I will submit another on the website.
