Duty Officers now bound by mission assignment ??

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I did not assign those colonists to space/ground duty - they got bound by mission assignments

    It is a known issue mentioned at the end of last week's patch notes. Probably will be fixed next patch.

    It was fixed briefly, but when the recent Tribble build went to Holodeck it did not have the DOFF binding fix in it so we had Revenge of the DOFF Binding bug. That is what happened. What I said was true at the time until that happened.
