Counter-Command Bio-Molecular Shield Poss Bug

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I dont know if this is just a text issue but the damage resistance for the space trait T2 Bio-Melecular Shield says it give 2.5% damage resistance where as the T1 Gives 22.5% damage resistance.

I looked to see if it had been reported but couldnt find anything so forgive me if it has been.
