Exchange/mail problem

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I put several items on the Exchange. They weren't bought. I received mail messages for each but could not retrieve the items. If I delete the messages, I lose those items, even though I have no chance to retrieve them. What's up???

    If you go to a mail console, you can retrieve the items that did not sell. There is no bug. I just helped someone else out with the same issue. Thanks. :)

    You can only retrieve items from the mail at a mail console. go to the console first and check there. if you go to the console and it still won't let you take the items, then you can let me know as at that point we'll have entered bug territory.
