No Fleet module for Gamma Task Force Tier 6 completion?

One of my characters just finished Tier 6 Reputation in Gamma Task Force. The option to claim a Fleet Module does not appear. Is this a knonw bug?

    I don't know if it is a bug or not but I have the project to Claim a Fleet Module. What I did, was do the project where you give 100 marks to it then that usually unlocks the Fleet Module slot. See if that works. Also, what character is this? Thanks. :)

    Federation.

    I have a level 65 Federation character and do not have this problem. So I am not sure how you are having the problem of not being able to claim a fleet module from the Gamma Task Force Reputation. Have you contacted support? Maybe it is a problem with this one character. Thanks. :)

    I have other level 65 Fed characters and they've not had this problem either. It's very confusing.
