Ticket submissions on Tribble broken again

When I tried to submit a bug report on Tribble today, I received the following error message:

[System] [TicketError] Could not connect. Please try again later.

This was broken in 2016:
But it was working again on October 4, 2018, when I submitted the following bug report:

Tribble ticket 4,761,158: "Fire Suppressor" accolade from "Researcher Rescue" still broken

Now, ticket submissions are broken again.

    Would be nice to fix those Ticket Submissions on Tribble as well as on Holodeck and actually be able to see my tickets in-game and not solely have to get out of the game and login to Support to see my tickets. It is best to have two ways to do it instead of just one. Thanks. :)
