"Aim" mode not working on some Toons

I have reported this issue a few times over many months to both “Report a Bug” and “Request GM help”, with nothing being done. The “aim” ability no longer works on some of my characters. On a few of my toons, it still works. I have it chosen in my skill tree, but after pressing “x” the icon goes away within one second and the bonus damage also goes away. My character also gets into “aim Position,” then right by out of position after I let go of the “x” button. I also have Ground Reputation set for bonus damage while in “aim” mode. Could someone please have this put on the schedule to be fixed. I am a Lifetime Subscriber and have played for over 6 years, so i am not new to the game.
