Game wont launch

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
played the game a few weeks ago and now nothing seems to work. I get as far as the cryptic launcher and then i click engage, it opens a black window (what i thought was the game launching) and nothing happens. Tried running in "safe mode" and nothing.

    Run ' verify files ', if you start up soon after it launches just fine. If you try to start with out doing that it will just crash on startup instead. It's all their end, not your end.
