@mefit1 I told you that we would get you the help you're after and you WILL benefit from the purchase you've made. In order to fix your issue properly there are several things that need to happen. First and foremost it must be determined where the hiccup is on the behind the scenes stuff and what caused said hiccup. Once they know what went wrong they will then know what they need to do in order to fix it. Dealing with computer code can be a major pain in the rear end and a single one or zero out of place can cause the whole thing to come crashing down. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I'm not going to beat around the bush. I have no control over how long it will take to get fixed but I do know it will get fixed.

We're trying to help you get your issue resolved. All we're asking is that you remain calm and patient. We are sympathetic to your issue. Spamming and flaming the forum is not going to make anything happen any faster, though. Yes, it is the weekend and outside normal business hours, but we are doing our best behind the scenes to make sure that your issue is brought to the attention of and seen by the right people to get it corrected. Lack of responses in the Bug Subforum is not an indication of anything. Devs do not usually respond there, but those reports are read. That aside, rest assured that your issue is being looked at by a live person.

there is a level req and a mission req. you have to be a certain level and at a certain part of the game for the perks to all kick in. I forget the level but you do need to get past the tutorial.

I resolved an issue with zen I purchased via live chat, too. Though I accessed it via the Support page on ARC. Click on the button "Enter Live Chat" not "Submit a Ticket".

Edit...thinking about this though, I had problems getting the zen into my account. He says he got his zen...the purchase did not configure his account in the program to properly unlock the LTS perks. So, that may be something the Devs have to figure out, after all. Not customer service.

I would wait until Monday when everyone is back to their desks at Cryptic.

I got to agree with Vette. worse case scenario is they say no, can't handle that here we have to send it to programming and figure it out.
it's worth the phone call to me.

Thanks , I am going to go out to eat and try to sit back and listen to you guys .

Please just have patience. If there is a problem with the coding in the game, then they need to find the issue and then produce a fix for it, which will come. I've had a Zen issue in the past, and they sorted me out in a few days. They are decent folk, so give them the time needed to resolve it for you.

@mefit1 i'll have them investigate that as well. If you were banned it would tell you straight up. Don't do anything else with the cstore just yet. Once everyone is in the office I'll make sure they check on your stuff for certain.

They won't tell you here regardless as it's private correspondence, and fixes don't just appear....they need the time, and they'll attempt to do so for the usual scheduled maintenance on Thursday, if it's a code related issue. If it's account-related, you should be speaking to the Live Chat during their business hours, and it helps if you are fully co-operative with them. The more info they have, the easy it is to locate the issue.

Things like, Were you able to claim the Fireworks Emote from ESD? or Did you go to a Ship Vendor (NOT C-Store) to claim your ships? or Some items unlock only when you have reached a certain level, what level are you etc?.

It makes no difference posting the issues in General Discussion as well, as the Support Forum is where this is handled.

Again, have patience, and give them what they need.

Just to let you know, I had a problem a couple of weeks ago. It took them a week before they responded to me because the bug team is swamped with bug reports.
Once they responded, they addressed and fixed my problem pretty quickly.

I'm just saying that you are not the only person who are having problems and they will eventually get to you and address your problem.

Also there was a weekend so realistically we're talking about only 3 days at most for the team to work on it and several other issues as well.
