Vanguard Environmental Suit visual bug (only trousers and boots showing)

I bought the Vanguard Environmental Suit (thrice >:( ) and when I klick "enable visuals" on BOFFs or a non Jem'Hadar toon ony the trousers and boots show, the upper parts are the outfit currently worn. With my Jem'Hadar Vanguard toon nothing is showing - not even the boots and trousers - same with my fed Jem'Hadar BOFF on another toon.

Fix this, plox.

    I have this issue since day one on all my toons sans my Vanguard Jem.
    If you are looking for an excellent PvE fleet consider: Omega Combat Division today.
    Former member of the Cryptic Family & Friends Testing Team. Sadly, one day, it simply vanished - without a word or trace...

    It's April 28th and many months since this bug started and no fix? Any Dev's want to at least acknowledge that you read this?
