Cannot Claim Playable Scorpion Fighter

I think I posted this in the wrong spot earlier and just now saw the error, so I am reposting here in the correct spot.

On February 7, 2019 I redeemed a code for the Playable Scorpion Fighter. The code is marked as redeemed, but when I go into the C-store with my Romulan faction character it says I still need Zen to claim it. Is there somewhere else I need to go to get the Scorpion, or is there something else preventing me from claiming it?

    Have a look in the "Promotions" tab and see if it's there.

    I have done that, but it isn't. It's still listed under Small Craft for 500 Zen, instead of listing it as Purchased like the other Small Craft I have. When I click on it, the purchase screen still comes up instead of the claim option.

    I just tried the "Promotions" tab again, and it worked this time. Hm. Thanks for the suggestion.
