Unable to claim Peregrine Fighter

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
As per subject line, I am unable to claim the Peregrine Fighter, either from the zen store interface, or from the ship vendors; be it the vendors on ESD, at the fleet starbase, or at New Romulus.

I get a fly in message which states:
Unable to complete transaction: the price of the product has changed. Please verify the new price before purchasing.

I have tried to claim on both Fed aligned Romulan, and a standard Fed character, and the problem occurs on both.

    The only ship it's doing it to me is the Delta Flyer, a ship I've owned for going on 7-8 years and have been able to claim before. I'm in the middle of leveling a new toon and have to do the Vault, so I wanted the best shuttle in the game... Fat luck on that.

    seems to be random for which ship is affected.
