Individual Endeavor Reroll token not showing in game

I did an individual endeavor, got the prize box and opened it, got a pass (reroll) token, but the counter still shows "0".

    I'll confirm this. I went to re-roll a Lukari TFO Medium-level Endeavor and I found I had 0 Pass Tokens (Reroll Tokens?) even though I opened one last night.
