Cant Buy Bridge officers training manuals at star base...

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
All the manuals are grey out and cant buy any training manuals for my officers..."Action cant be done because overflow bag cant have any more than 0 items" and Yes i have plenty of room in regular inventory :)

    Hmmm.. interesting...is it a problem with only the training manuals???

    There is another thread with someone saying they can't buy anything in any store!! I have not been in the game, yet.

    I had 108 spaces free in the main inventory, and it was giving me issues.
    After clearing the overflow bag, things now work again.
