My exchange items are broken

I have items on the exchange which I can't find when I look for. And I also can't remove them for sale.

I've done all the usual steps to fix it.

    Tried force verify?

    Looking on the wrong character? Exchange listings are per-character not account-wide.

    second this. I've done that by mistake, where I'm on the wrong alt and can't cancel a listing. Also I have had occasion where I needed to exit the game and log back in before my exchange worked correctly (also had this happen with my overflow bag)
