Iconian Resistance costume

in The Academy
i have all the ground gear but cant find the amour in the tailor. do i have to do something else or this a bug?

    Some of the Reputations have a separate project to unlock the costume. Check and see if there's one there to do. Otherwise, in the Tailor, under the Tab in the upper right-hand corner is a drop-down menu. You'll find the Iconian Rep Armor under that.

    ive got the amour shield both weapons and kit there are no other projects i can see for a costume unlock. ive checked all the options in the tailor and cant find anything. im palying on xbox not pc. ive got the lukari costume that appears in the uniform category and the delta amour that appears as separate option for costumes. iconian does not anywhere.
