I don't get this Mineral Matters mission. Where are the crystals? I can't see any of them. Where are they located?

It seems to be zone wide - https://sto.gamepedia.com/Mission:_Mineral_Matters

Watch for yellow glowing crystalline clusters, you might need to kill a bunch of npc around those clusters but once you got rid of the npc you should be able to get the minerals
