I've been noticing that the CD timer for space abilities isn't functioning properly. The timer seems to be resetting/ticking back one second for a bit before continuing on.
Example: Activate Tactical Team, the CD timer starts at 40sec, it hits 39 and ticks back/resets to 40. This is repeated several times for a while until the timer continues, and will still tick back one or two seconds throughout. I can't blame this on lag because I have never had the issue on ground. I just went from orbit to ground and only had it in orbit. The CD timer never jumps forward to compensate for the loss of time, which also indicates it's not lag. That also makes it really frustrating when abilities aren't coming off CD on time.
