anyone else having trouble claiming account-wide tier VI discount?

I just got the Nukara on my Jem Vangaurd Yu'Bastar@dexterbateman416 and it didn't unlock for the rest of my account. any ideas why?
I don't take sides, I work angles. More choices that way.

    The account discount isn't an auto unlock on completion of Tier 6, you will find a project that you have to fill with EC,Dil, and marks before you get the account wide discount.

    I did that, it didn't unlock for the account after filling the needed reqs
    I don't take sides, I work angles. More choices that way.
