Can't start Mindscape mission.

So, I just completed Escalation. I got a dialogue with Burgess, but it didn't lead anywhere; I could only click exit. Now I can't seem to start Mindscape in the Delta Rising arc. Burgess is listed as the contact for the mission, but if I speak to him he basically says he doesn't want to waste my time and that I should come back at a later time.

If I ask him who he is I get his little backstory and he asks me if I can look into something for him. But I can only click 'back' which takes me out of the conversation, and Mindscape never starts.



Do anyone know how to fix this?

    @crotchwolf , After checking , it appears that you have not unlocked that arc yet post Age of Discovery. Thankfully you will not need to play all the missions again, though the hand-offs are unfortunately unskippable. The following missions are unskippable:
    Borg ADvance: Report on Borg Activities
    New ROmulus: New romulus Aid
    After those and then skipping Task force operations: Solanae Dyson Sphere, Mindscape will unlock.
