  From the picture, you are in the Medbay. There is a dead Cardassian on the first landing going up the stairs on the right. Go interact with the body, you can blaze right through all the dialouge if you want as it will end up telling you need more information. After interacting with the body, there are five "records" you need to read. One each on the lower level left and right, upper level left and right, and upper level center. After reading all five, go back to the dead body and interact with it again. When given a choice of medical tools to use, use the neuralyte probe.
  
  That's it for that room, it should tell you to go and use the internal sensors.
  
  Oh, there was a dead body in the mess hall previous to getting to the medbay. I seem to recall that if you miss the prompt to scan that dead body, the interactions in the medbay won't trigger at all. It's easy to miss because you have to get quite close to it to get the prompt to scan it.

  Thanks, the walk through helped. I needed to examine the body after interacting with the 5 records. Even though it is listed in the opposite order in the quest log.
