suggestion for who ever moderates this forum, if there even is a moderator

not sure if there is even a moderator for the xbox one bug report forum as it seems like every thread goes unresponded to in any way, but any chance of a tacked message at the top of the xbox one bug report forum with a list of known bugs and the bugs that are being working on currently, that is if any bug are being worked on currently for the x1.

that way at least the people that are posting in the forum about bugs will know we are actually being listened to instead of just ignored which seems to be the case for allot of the bugs that are being reported.

There are multiple moderators, but it is not their job to pop in and respond to every post somebody makes. It is their job to make sure people are following the forum rules, and they do a quite good job of it, although sometimes tagging them in a post that needs attention helps as there are hundreds of posts per day and it takes a lot of time to read every single one of them looking for violations.

As far as list of known bugs, use the search function, easy. Here's the deal, if it has been reported here in the forums, it is a known bug, simple as that. Also, if it has been reported, it is being worked on, again, simple as that.

First thing to keep in mind. The Devs and bug hunters have a full time job verifying and attempting to fix bugs, made even harder due to being legacy code with no one still around that has been here from the beginning. Years upon years of coding workarounds built up that might or might not have been properly documented, if documented at all, by someone who left the company years ago. They do not have the time to come into the forums and hold the hand of respond to every player who posts a problem/bug. Nor would any reasonable player want them to as time spent here in the forums is time they are NOT spending trying to fix bugs.

Second, and even more important, and I am just going to quote @Azreal605 here "Why people continue to think any company whose existence depends on making a profit would sabotage that profit in this way is beyond me. ."
I'll just elaborate on that a bit. Being a F2P game, the only way they make a profit is to make and keep a game good enough to keep players playing and willing to spend money. Applying just a tiny bit of common sense makes it quite clear that they are going to do their best to find and fix any and all bugs, no matter how minor as a better product directly correlates to more money coming in.

If you find a bug, first do a forum search and see if someone else already reported it, multiple threads on the exact same bug are counter productive, if it's already re[ported, just add a "me too" type response and go back to playing the game, secure in the knowledge that they are working on it and will solve it as quickly as possible.
    LTS and loving it.

This is actually an FCT OP. Dev's will not respond to individual posts as they are too busy working on the game. This has been repeated time and again. They can also not give a list of bugs they are working because that is not their job. Some bugs can take a long, long time to isolate. As the FCT's state, ALL posts in the Support forum ARE read, and no-one is being ignored at all.

    3) What you really want is more engaging community manager. The job of the CM is relay what the players say in a community to the devs...and if need be, what the devs are doing to the community to keep them happy...or content at least. If you are too ignorant to know what you want to ask for...maybe what you are asking for should be researched more before you ask.

there is really no need to be rude about it, but yes I guess you can say we need a more active CM that deals with the console (X1 & PS4) as much as he deals with the pc version of the game as it appears like he has zero interaction with the console part of the furom

i think its kind of getting way off topic of what I mainly trying for. some people are saying its not the dev's respossiblity to post in the forums when I never even mentioned a dev it the op and now you trying to tell me jobs people to do in a game studio. when if I not totally mistake a CM's job is to keep the community informed which appears to only happen in the pc part of the forum.
Even streamed i watched in the past about sto he only ever seems to answer question when it comes from a pc player avoiding any questions from console players and even asks the console people to quits asking the same questions qithout answering them.

so being totally off topic from the op maybe they need to hire a CM for the console forums since the CM they have now only seem to care about the pc part of the forum.

all I was request/suggesting is to have sticky with all the bugs they know about and are working on because of the lack of info from the CM in the console bug forum it seems like the console bug reporting is a waste of time as the same bugs keep getting reported

What evidence do you have that every reported bug is being worked on? How would you know? It's not as if the devs have come in here to let us know what they're working on. The battle cloak bug has been around for over a year. I am not so convinced that they are working on it. Just because it isn't the devs' job to let us know what bugs they are working on doesn't mean it isn't something they SHOULD let us know.

First, read this, scroll down a bit and you will see a Dev's response to your gripe https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/1159287/frequently-created-threads-f-c-t

Second, I've been around a long time. I have seen devs occasionally respond to bug reports, I have also seen devs specifically state that they read all bug reports and work on all bugs (and I see no reason to think they would lie about it). Even if I hadn't personally read that right in these here forums, I am reasonably intelligent young man (old man actually, but the original quote says young man) and as I already stated above when adding my own addendum to where I quoted Azreal common sense says that the team at Cryptic is going to do their best to fix any and all bugs because a better game means more money coming in which means job security and/or promotions/pay raises. It would be sheer stupidity on their part to not try and fix all bugs and I doubt if any of them are stupid...ignorant about some things maybe but not stupid :) (nods to @coldnapalm)
