Blockade Runner Escort Retrofit

When you "purchase" this pack, how do you get the T5(U) version? I made a purchase within the game to get a completely different ship & the Steamrunner IS what was given to me. So, every time I open ANY of these boxes(pack), all I get rewarded is the T1 version. How do you "upgrade" the T1 to T5?

I think they only gave the T1 as a freebie to console players, so you likely didn't purchase that by mistake. You'd have to purchase T5 separately most likely. I would check the Shipyard 'Aquire Ships' person for the ship you intended to purchase instead of the Steamrunner.

If you purchased the Steamrunner Bundle for 2500 Zen then that includes both ships.

To claim the T5 Variant, you must be Vice Admiral Rank (Level 50 or higher.)

If you open the C-Store, there should be tabs for Tier 1 - Tier 6. The Retrofit is under the Tier 5 tab. Click that tab, find the ship listed and click on the 'Claim' button to claim the ship. You will then have a box in your inventory containing your ship.

This option will not be available if you're not at least level 50.

Alternatively, you could visit the Ship Requisitions Officer on Earth Space Dock. At the top, uncheck every type of ship except 'Escort' then pull down the Rank menu and select Vice Admiral. The Blockade Runner Retrofit should be listed there to claim.

To answer you comments, I DID make a purchase but it was for a different FED ship. That one that I intended to purchase where you get 2 for the price of 1 is no longer available & I even used what I had left to purchase some "keys". I made a $30 purchase & within a few hours later, I did NOT get what I purchased & wanted to claim. So I went to the online portion of this to make a complaint to the customer service & after making several complaints & showing what I exactly purchased (and that whomever is in charge of this made a mistake) I was ONLY rewarded the Steamrunner as their repayment reward. Both of my FED characters are maxed out & when I made this purchase, both of my FED characters were past lvl 50. Yes, it shows the "retrofit" ship..."Claim" but EVERY time I go to claim this ship & open the box, ALL I am rewarded is the T1 version! So again, to both of you & anyone else, do you have any suggestions?

Ok, that's a little tough to follow, but it sounds like there was some confusion and you finally escalated the issue to the support staff. From what sounds like to me, you need to contact support for a resolution. I have played this game for a long time, I have never heard of an issue where someone claims a T5 ship and there is a T1 ship inside the box. This would be something support would have to help you with.
