Showing as claimed in C Store but nothing in inventory and no ships to be claimed

    I am having the same problem on PS4, except there is no way to “claim” it in the PlayStation store.

    I purchased it, so I could get the Reman liberated Borg officer, while I was playing with my Reman character. I played the tutorial before I purchased it. It states it is rewarded after finishing the tutorial, so I started a new character, played the tutorial & I got NOTHING, no T’varo Light Warbird, NOTHING!

    Needless to say I am not happy about this, at all. I want what I paid for, if not I want a FULL refund of my money, not reimbursment via that Zen TRIBBLE.

    Try going to the C store and looking in the bottom tabs
