Customize Starship

Was trying to customize a fed starter ship and when I clicked buy it said it required something from the exeter. Couldn't 'purchase' the ship or customize until I switched some things around. Now, attempting to customize a KDF starter ship and I'm getting the same thing when I click purchase.

Getting the same issue! The Romulan/Reman ship customizer appears to work fine (probably because there are no C-Store specific costume parts in them (yet))

Apparently this is for the starter ships, definitely a bug that should be fixed, but it should be possible to customize most of the others - and I'm afraid the starter ones will have to wait not customized till the fix, people already reported this mutiple times.

I have posted to support several times that I cannot customize my new Tier 6 Galaxy Class Dreadnought Cruiser. So, I am flying around in what looks like an iridescent chrome toy ship. Hope this gets fixed soon.
