Just some minor testing with a brand new Jem hadar toon in the T5 escort. No Specializations..No Space traits..No Starship Traits..Mk 12 default gear..and 100 Drain from the Skill tree

My 800 Drain X Toon.
None of my subsystem abilities worked on the Jem hadar toon for anything close to the tool tip Values..Say -75 from the Neutronic Torp but only looses say..5-10. Same with Esiphon 3, Pilfered power, Bajoran Core, ect..ect...
I might show -85 all but the Jem toon only lost say..10 All in subystems. Tykens works but for way less than its stated value...On the plus side it keeps draining as long as they are in the hazard..
Per the Drain X tool Tip..Shouldn't I have over come any drain resists based on skill points that were on the Jem Hadar toon?

Qphase -9.8 vs -2.2 per sec
Qtorp = -52k sh vs -21k sh
Bajor Core -33 vs -13
Tykens -95 vs -46 per sec

Esiphon3 -86 vs -27
Assimilator -72 vs -16 (-58 with 2)
Energy Redirect = 117 vs -32
Siphon drone vs -65 3 drones (-94)

I have a dedicated drain build.
Using leech (-2 per activation) and a Target shields 3, (-108 shields) This used to drop shields of lesser units instantly.
I had my tykens rift, Aceton assimilation and my siphon energy 3 which combined with all three would drop the shields of a boss for a few seconds.
Not counting a bunch of others I used to add that little bit of energy drain to insure shield drop. (Breen abilities and sets)
Now, it seems have to exhaust all my abilities from stem to stern to get the shields of a shuttle to drop. My total is around (on paper) -350 to enemy power levels and I hardly ever see their shields/engines/weapons even hiccup.
