Jem Hadar Going back to "romulan Mystery" line but cant?

I have not played in a lonnnng time but came back - was trying to get the reman shields... But I can not acess the quest line "romulan mystery" all of the boxes are grayed out and I can't get the quest line started. Any advise? Thanks

    I know that it doesn't help much, but another perspective here could easily be ... "Count your blessings!"

    See if you have missions available in the Yesterday's War arc. If you do, play those first and it should unlock it.
