Videos

Is there any chance that you could make the intro videos for the Factions optional? I've tried to redownload the game, this time using Arc instead of Steam, but the videos always make my game stop responding every time when I wanna be a Jem'hadar at the end, or when I try to skip it. It won't get past the video. Unless you want good feedback from me, you will have to fix this.
