When I ordered my hand painted 12" model, the estimated time for printing, painting, and delivery was 3-6 weeks. I placed the order on March 15 and have seen neither hide nor hair of it. I'll let you figure out how many weeks it's been..
It's 3-6 weeks from given date of printing, not time of ordering. Check your order and see when your ship was slated to be worked on (should be in process now if there was a similar delay back in March to what we're seeing now.)

Estimated printing date was March 24, and then I received an email on April 10 saying that it was being printed, then another May 9 saying there would be about a one week delay. Still haven't received anything. So, again, temper your expectations.

Yup, I am. The twitter post I made said "(hopefully) September" (ie. that's the current estimate but there could very easily be delays to backlogs, tech issues, and general stochasticity.) I didn't think that personal qualification (ie. what I believed was likely, as opposed to what was stated) was necessary here.
I do appreciate that this is custom 3D printing, not ordering off the shelf.

My shipping cost is still $47, is this an error or because it's shipping overseas? US to UK can't be that expensive right? I'd expect $10 shipping or around that much... considering I'm already paying $25 for the ship
Only one shipping option it seems, 2 day express at $32.58. $32.58 to ship a $19.99 model. Thanks, but no thanks.
This was an error and is now fixed.
Much better, $7.29 for shipping. Looks like somewhere around October/November for delivery, be a nice surprise as I will probably forget all about it by then

I don't think anyone who ordered a ship from GamePrint was expecting to get it in the same timeframe as "ordering off the shelf." If that was the case, we'd be talking in terms of days, not weeks and certainly not months as now appears to be the case.
I think the issue people are having is that GamePrint is not communicating its difficulties in a meaningful way. As soon as they realized they would not be able to complete orders in the promised timeframe, they should have alerted those who hadn't received their ships and explained the problem. They should've also alerted STO to warn potential customers about the delays so that they wouldn't continue to get inundated with new orders and fall more and more behind in filling orders.
After only 4 months, 19 weeks, 134 days, it's here. It's real!
"You’ll be able to order these brand new ships in three new sizes, 4”, 7”, and 12”, fully customized to match your ship in the game, at starting prices of $20, $99, and $299, respectively."
Was about to buy my first, but it's not giving me the introductory price. Blog says 4" model has intro price of $20, but the site is listing the price as $25. 7" also shows as $125 rather than the $99 stated in the blog. I've made it all the way to the point where I would sign into Paypal and pay and the price has not changed.

Prices are STARTING at...not all of them are that price...and it isn't an introductory price. It's basically what it will be. Prices will vary depending on how much resin your model will use up along with if it will use up some expensive color.
After testing, you seem to be right. The ship I want is the Excalibur class, which as I said came to $25, tested a customized Galaxy class which would have undoubtedly used much more resin and the price still came to $25, tested a stock NX class and the price came to the advertised $20. I wasn't expecting that though since the original models were, if I'm remembering correctly, a flat rate during the intro period with size based pricing only being introduced after the intro period was over.

Similar issue, I was going to order a 4" Nebula class $20 - $99 (my favorite ship), uploaded to the site, verified the look, submitted it, next screen wanted all my info, instead of giving me a price. I'd expect a price first before I fork over all my info. In the small text it said ship will be an estimate of $599 - $699. Wasn't it suppose to start at $20, and not be above $99 (the 7" tier).
So not sure why the 4" I selected, was giving those prices, but again the price was in the paragraph above the customer info.
Such a wonky ordering system, I just closed out of it.

If you got quoted that kind of price, you probably selected collectible by accident, I believe standard is the option you want to select, and it'll give you the price right away for that style.
Geez, some Chinese company, or any business anywhere, with a 3D printers or a mold process could make a killing making these cheaper in mass production probably. Nothing can substitute for the personalized painting & the limited personalized ship options though but it still is a shame Cryptic has limited it to only ships you have in game when it doesn't have to be. I'm still impressed with these newest options though & consider that 4" trinket a decent value.
Anybody know if this option is coming to consoles? I play this on my PS4 because my laptop can't play it. I would really love it if you guys brought this feature to consoles, so that I can get a physical model ship of the Escort I had in my head since I was 14 years old.
Are things like the Borg space set still able to be printed? Tried it out on one of may Captains and they don't show at the ship tailor anymore. The gear does not have visuals disabled or anything.
Someone posted on redit a 4" constitution variant with assimilated borg visuals. They were printed in full. However, if you're troubleshooting anything with the ship tailor first exit and then re-enter. Sometimes the thing can fail to register your customizations on the first go.

Hey, PSA. I don't know if anybody's said this yet, but the Gameprint system will pick up any shield skins you have applied to your ship, so if you want a particular shield or none at all, set it up before you upload.
Examples, Tor'Kaht with Dyson Rep shield:
T6 Oddy (mostly Endeavor) with MACO shield:
T6 Galaxy with vet skin and no shield:
"Great War! / And I cannot take more! / Great tour! / I keep on marching on / I play the great score / There will be no encore / Great War! / The War to End All Wars"

I tried it 5 minutes ago to look at a shuttle in 4 inches. Had no problem with the upload, or the web browser opening itself afterwards.
I'm also curious on the differences between a color/detail printed and one that's hand painted.
It's cool thanks, I fixed it. Those shipping prices to the UK ... I dunno.

I'd like to be able to place multiple ships beside one another and get a relative feel for size.
