The featured event in the menue have a "Featured Project"

Starts: 5:00:00pm on June 21, 2018
Ends: 5:00:00pm on July 5, 2018

Second Floor Access In Hub


Clear yes. Um not to this Noob.

Ok so if i complete that project i get access to the second floor hub.
But which hub? I se no hub. ( is the "hub" the starebase?)
And how do i start that project?

    Is this a fleet project? It does sound like a special fleet project

    It's a Special project for K-13. It's purely cosmetic, as there's nothing functional on the second floor that you need to access.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
