Monthly subscription issue

Who can I contact to help me with the following issue.
My monthly subscription is due out today I checked cryptic it showed next billing date 26th July as it should with my monthly payments coming out on the 26th monthly. Gone to my bank app and it shows nothing taken but then checked cryptic and it’s now showing inactive and now I can’t make it take payment.
I am aware they stopped doing monthly subscriptions but mine was still active right up to today 26th June 2018
I’m 3 month off reaching 1000 day rewards so I’m gonna be totally gutted if I can’t get this sorted

Spoke to someone at perfect world who looked into what had happened to payment seems it’s still processing it
