Theft

I have over the last nine months purchased Zen many times sometimes it goes through fine and other time 4 to be exact it says"transaction canceled" however they still take the money just never give me the Zen. Total to date $220.00. I have tried excesively without any sucess to get ahold of some one at perfect world calling the suport phone number only to get an endless loop of automation . Countless tickets in game STO. All to no avail this is my last resort . SOMEONE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY GET AHOLD OF ME ABOUT THIS THEFT!
