Does this effect ALL Bridge Officer Abilities? Even of those that are NOT Krenim?
Also the Flux Passive Trait. 20% Recharge Speed for all Non-Weapon Abilities (self only)
What does it effect? Mines? Turrets? Shield Dome? Combat Supplies? Buffs? What about Debuffs?
Is a Turret a weapon or a fortification?
Does Flux affect my Engineering Team or Science or Tactical Teams? Or is it a ground trait?

20% for ground kits CD I think (not playing much ground) may also affect captain abilities I suppose as those would be non weapon abilities.
