K13 Tailor?

Does K-13 have a tailor? if so where is he or she hid on that project is done?
A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
"Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

    The tailor is in the west vendor room. I don't think he's hidden if the project is not done, just not active. I'm not 100% sure, he's unlocked at my fleet.

    K. I fnd pics of the costumes on reddit, not sure if my vulcan finds hem logical to buy.
