Fate of the IKS Negh'var?

Has it been established in STO what's the fate/status of the IKS Negh'var (the namesake of the klingon starship class of the same name), neither Memory Alpha or Beta don't give any definate anwser.

I was thinking of using that ship in possible foundry project and wanted to known if it established to be still active or having been destroyed/decommisioned.
