New Romulus tab in Episodes greyed out

not a game breaking bug, more of a whats wrong situation.
in my episodes menu, the tab on the left for the New Romulus missions is greyed out. i have completed all the missions in the tab, not skipped any or have some incomplete.
the button itself is shaded as if it incomplete/unavailable but i can click on it and choose missions within.
as you can see in my first image the tab is greyed out, and in the second i have completed the episode chain.
