I am having a problem.
I checked repeatedly throughout the day yesterday for what the last gift would be and how to claim it. When the news finally was posted it was nearly midnight my time.
I am trying to log in this morning but keep getting timed out.

Pretty sure past giveaways were per character, not per account. Not a complaint, just observation, appreciating all the free stuff (Fed Cloak console!).
Both my spec points unexpectedly turned into dilithium on my support-main Engi, which is even better than finishing off that last spec tree. Having done Fed tour of duty I'm not sure if I obtained dilithium or spec points, will have to pay closer attention in case it's bugged, but not a big deal to just avoid Fed line altogether if goal is more dilithium.
Other mains are only at about 36 surplus, so the road to that ridiculous 120 or whatever it is until dilithium conversion happens is a really long one, but we'll see.

Well shoot- didn’t see this post yesterday, and now I’m at work so I guess I’m missing out on this. Just came back from a 6 year hiatus and could have used those 2 points.
It was two per character before, and it happened a total of three times. Every time something is given away per character, the act of me switching between all 54 of my characters is burnt into my brain. All 54 of my characters have at least an extra 6 spec points now.
But they're free. I'm just glad they're giving them to us. It could be a lot worse, there are games out there that give away no freebies.
I don't have 54 characters, but I can imagine how that feels... anyway, have quite a collection of spec point boxes in my low-lvl characters' banks, so that confirms my memory of them being per character giveaways earlier.
But I didn't come here to complain, to the contrary, I was finished with today's giveaway a lot faster than if it were per character. Thanks!
Well I am at the library and patching on what should be the fastest unmetered internet I can access, but is going painfully slow.
If it doesn't pick up the pace immediately then the last 20 minutes of the 'gift' being available will be used up patching and I won't be able to claim it.

They were per Character, my earlier post detailed the four times since August 2015 that they awarded two Spec Points per Character.
Spec Points we 'bought' from the Event Conversion Store when they decided to switch over to distinct yearly Summer and Winter Event thingamajigs were boxed. When the Miracle Worker Specialization dropped, I had three Spec Points in the Account Bank. They were fairly recent acquisitions from the Weekly Featured Episode Reward.

We had a nice give away again this year. Yes I had some stuff (yes get your torches and pitchforks, some one is spending zen on his account), but If I had missed out some give-aways or not bought some stuff, these give were really nice to get.
Some of my friends who didn’t have it yet, were pleased with it.
