I won't argue against getting more of these packs, could always use more upgrades. I am curious though, as the costume was the reward yesterday and things have overlapped for several years now. Would it be possible to get another Pheonix box as a choice if we happened to already have the free reward for the day?

Also curious to know why, if the delay is a known factor, these aren't simply sent off to sony/ms earlier so the delay is pre-empted and therefore worked around.
No, it isn't complaining to mention you already have an item, I do that. It's ones who mention it, then complain about already having it and should get something else instead who I am talking about.
I might mention the fact I already have something, but never will it be in a complaining manner, nor will I ask for a different thing instead. I will congratulate those who were able to get the free stuff.
