Old key redeem page not working?

The main menu on the cryptic website for accounts ( https://secure.crypticstudios.com/startrek/menu? ) doesn't work anymore? Is this removed, and if so is there no way to redeem old retails keys i.e collectors edition anymore?

    Please use the following steps to redeem your code or beta key:

    Install and launch Arc client.
    Select the gear icon towards the top right corner of the client.
    Select "Activate a Product".
    Enter the item code and select "Next".
    Depending on the game you may need to select the server and character you wish to send these items to.
    Collect your item(s) in-game.

    I think it is only through Arc now, that's all I've used for the last year or two.

    There is direct page for redeeming codes on ARC, without need for ARC client, here is link:

    (Just remember to log to the site first)

    Sadly the old codes like pre-order ones and collectors edition only worked on this link ( https://secure.crypticstudios.com/startrek/menu? ) those codes aren't compatible with arc ... problem is that link is down?
