Accelerated Beam Fire ability/buff

Hello

I have seen the ability/buff "Accelerated Beam Fire" bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=2467dd-1508797857.jpg
the last weeks many times in some stfs. I have never seen this ability/buff before. STOWiki and some members of the STO Zone-Chat can't give me an answer. I hope you can help me.

    I think that's the Prolonged Phaser beam's stacking fire cycle buff. Not sure yet though.

    It would be interesting to see a definitive answer. I was the fella on DS9 who asked you to post a screenshot as we were all scratching our heads after first chatting with you. I thought it might be this set but like the answer above as well.

    The omni-trilithium phaser also has haste ability proc too.

    Is it possible it is the new starship trait with the miracle worker set? It makes BFAW last up to 15 seconds. NVM, just saw the dev post.
