New dilithium fleet mission.

I propose a new dilithium doff mission in the mining building like the current 500 and mining doff missions. This mission would refine 500-1000 dilithium, but instead of going into your refined dill stash goes into the a new fleet dill stash that can only be used by those in a guild with access and only towards fleet and armada fleet projects. This would allow a certain amount of dill per day above the normal refinement to go towards fleet projects per day without cutting into the amount per day for the individual while amassing dill for the fleet.

Pretty straight forward. This would increase exponentially the dill output towards dill projects. And it could give fleet credit for the completion of the doff mission as if you had put that dill in yourself.
