CORRECTION FROM EP2 - TACTICAL POWERS

I incorrectly stated that Attack Pattern Delta has a 15 second global cooldown. This is only the case when used with other Attack Patterns. When used alone or with a duplicate Delta, the global cooldown is 30 seconds.
