Looking for a Fleet

I'm a level 60 Federation Tactical Officer. I am on Xbox one in the USA. I'm looking for a new fleet to join. I have about 1100+ hours invested in the game. I'm in a fleet now, but I'm looking for a more balanced fleet. Right now its me and on a couple other people who are who are doing all the work, and there are 400+ members, and its a bit frustrating. We are only at level 12. I'm still a newbie. Still learning the best ways to grind, what builds to use etc..
